11:11 ("we," "us," or "our") operates a wedding-planning application that helps you organize your vision, decisions, budget, and timeline (the "Service"). Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and authentication details, including credentials supplied when you sign in with Google or create an account with email and password.
- Profile & planning data: answers to your wedding questionnaire, mood-board preferences, bridal party details, color palettes, decisions, budget, and timeline entries you create.
- Photos & uploads: images you upload (such as bridal party profile pictures) or that we generate on your behalf for mood boards and vendor listings.
- Usage data: information about how you interact with the Service, such as device, browser, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Pinterest Integration
If you choose to connect your Pinterest account, 11:11 accesses your boards through Pinterest's official API solely to display pins and references within your mood board. We do not store your Pinterest password. Pin images remain the property of their respective owners, and we display them with attribution and links back to the original pins wherever possible. You can disconnect Pinterest at any time, after which we will remove the linked references associated with your account.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
- To generate mood-board imagery and tailor vendor suggestions to the vision described in your questionnaire.
- To communicate with you about your account and the Service.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the Service, including with:
- Hosting & database providers: to store and process your data securely.
- Authentication providers: such as Google, when you choose social sign-in.
- Image generation services: used to create mood-board visuals based on your preferences.
- Service providers: who support features like analytics or email, under appropriate data-protection terms.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using our backend provider and protected by access controls and row-level security. Vendor listings you create may be visible to other authenticated users, as the vendor directory is a shared community resource. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your Choices & Rights
You can review, update, or delete the planning data in your account at any time within the Service. You may disconnect linked services such as Google or Pinterest, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International Users
